Personal Training at Upper Cape CrossFit

Personal training is a great way to meet your fitness goals, break plateaus, and improve your strength. Our coaches have a wide range of training and specializations, so no matter if you want help with gymnastic movements, olympic lifts, or just general strength and conditioning, there is an option for you. 

Not a member at UCCF? No problem! Personal training and 1:1 coaching is available to anyone, even non-members. Working with a personal trainer is the perfect way to start your fitness journey, and set yourself up for long term success. Our coaches offer training plans, nutritional advice, and mobility work as well; so no matter what your health goals are, we're here to help you get there!

Personal Training Rates

$70 / hour for members and non-members. You book your personal session by following the link below. If you would like to work with a specific coach, let us know in the message section of the form. Otherwise, let us know your fitness goals and we will match you with a coach who is the best match for you!
