Wendler Shoulder Press: Week 1; Cycle 2*
5 reps @ 65% of 1RM
5 reps @ 75% of 1RM
5+ reps @ 85% of 1RM
Rest as needed between sets.
*For Cycle 2 Add 5 pounds to your calculated 1RM
(Find a Partner and grab a Medicine Ball 20/14)
Each Partner takes turns Rowing 125m while other partner holds 20/14 Med Ball overhead
(if ball does not remain overhead while partner rows Penalty:5 Burpees before moving on to next movement)
30 Med Ball situps Over a 24" Box (Each Partner must do 15)
20 Med Ball Weighted Push ups (Each Partner Must do 10)
20 Partner Med Ball Weighted Air Squats (Each Partner does 10 with Med Ball tossed between partners over box each rep - Ball Drops...5 Burpee Penalty)
