Kids and Teens Athlete's of the Month
The Upper Cape CrossFit 's Kids and Teen January 2014 Athletes of the Month!
Upper Cape CrossFit's Kid's class athlete of the month for January 2014 started with our kid classes in July of 2013. She can do multiple pull-ups, toes to bar, and climb to the top of the rope. Not only is she an amazing young athlete, but she is kind and always willing to help with the newer athletes or younger kids. We cant wait to see what you will be capable of doing in a few years! You will definitely be crushing your Dad in WODS!
Editors Note: She already does, and he is quite proud!
Upper Cape CrossFit's Teen's class athlete of the month for January 2014 started with our teen classes in July of 2013. He has made it to every teens class we have held (but 3) since that first class. He is an inspiration and motivation to all the other teens. He continues to work on his weaknesses and perfect his amazing lifts! He can clean 95lbs! Congrats! It has been such a pleasure coaching you and watching your amazing progress!

Example: I must do 5 consecutive double unders without breaking before I can move to 10 double unders. I must do 10 consecutive double unders before I move to 15 double unders etc.
2. You will start over on the set you were attempting if you do not get the desired number consecutively.
Example: If you are on set 25 and trip on 23 double unders…you will start over and try for 25 again and continue this until you either get 25 consecutive double unders or the time runs out.
