Lindsay walked through our doors 6 weeks ago... She was a smoker, ( She may have even crushed out a cigarette in our parking lot right before she did her baseline). We are proud to report...she has been smoke free for 6 weeks!
Afternoon WOD'ers may not see her...she comes to our 5 AM class and was certainly nervous at first.
She jumped into the May Nutrition Journey with both feet. Saw amazing results. She has even been scaling up on some WOD's!
She consistently shows up, tries her best, she contributes on the blog posts and in our group on Facebook. Here tenacity is contagious! Congratulations Lindsay... Keep crushing it!!!
