Boston Perseverance- Help the Richard Family
As of this writing one of the suspects responsible for the Marathon has been killed, the other is still on the run. It is hard to make any sense out of what has gone on this week. What I do know is that the Richard Family has had their lives tragically altered. Eight year old Martin Richard died from the impact of the blast, and Martin's mother and sister are both in critical care with injuries that will change their lives forever. CrossFit Southie organized and is hosting the WOD, "Marathon Monday" as fundraiser for this family. We at Upper Cape CrossFit are joining in support. We have already made a donation to the fundraiser, but we would like to do more. If any members want to donate you can either go here or bring some money into UCCF on Saturday and we will make the donation for you! We are going to fight the best way we know how- WODing. Even if you cannot afford to give money to this fundraiser, please do this WOD in support of all of the victims
"Marathon Monday" WOD times are 7 AM and 12 PM.
