(Two of you must be carrying a separate Med Ball at the same time)
8 Big A$$ Tire Flips
(Each Person must at least "participate" in 2 Flips)
Sandbag Carry 200m 40/20
(two of you must be carrying a separate sandbag at the same time)
Farmer Carry 100m (2/1.5 in each hand)
(25 meters for each team member)
10 Log Squats
(4 of you on a log at once squat in unison)
