Bear Complex 7-7-7 (three rounds)
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets. Without letting go of the bar, or resting it on the ground complete 7 sets of the sequence for 1 round. Do 3 rounds :
New to CrossFit? It is fine to do this using PVC, or possibly work up to nothing but an empty bar...
If you have been crossfitting for a while...start with empty bar and increase as you feel possible.
