Team Challenge # 2
Calories on the Air Assault bikes:
Teams will need to get 1000 calories to earn points.
No one person on the team can have more than 3x the lowest member on the team's total.
If there is more than one team member working at a time on bikes and an athlete from another team wants to use the bike...you must surrender it.
All teams that get to 1000 calories get 10 points
Team with the greatest number of calories 10 Points
(8-6-4-2 points awarded for remaining teams based on their finish)
Minimum Watts while riding: 300 men / 210 women for calories to count!
To answer a couple of questions I am sure this is going to raise:
no...you cannot do this at home.
no... you cannot take an air assault bike with you and bring it back later.
no... riding your bike to the box does not count.
no...attending a "Spin" class does not count.
