Double under and sit-ups
with Ascending Squats
Rep scheme is:
50 DU’s – 50 – Sit-ups - 10 Air Squats
40 DU’s – 30 – Sit-ups - 20 Air Squats
Etc. (sub for DU's is 3 singles)
