When you finish the KB swings...
As Many Burpees as possible for remainder of time
If you feel you need to scale KBS...there is no scale...move directly into Burpees from situps
Score is total reps!
For squat to count hip crease must get below parallel. Hips fully opened at top.
Sit ups: hands make contact with ground behind and must break 90 plane on the up.
KBS must have full elbow lockout at top with bottom of bell at parallel to ground.
This WOD will be performed with a judge...
