Monday through Friday we will offer classes at 3:30 PM, 4:45 PM and 6:00 PM. Classes will continue to be offered as an hour long class, with a 15 minute transition time between each class.
The Kids class will now be at 4:45 PM and the Teens class will be at 6:00 PM.
All morning classes will remain at the same times...
5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM.
SATURDAY we will offer 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00 AM classes.

Do it solo or get a group together and use a variety of weights, passing the weights around every 10 second break.
