Run 400m with Sandbag 40/20
20 Sandbag Squats 40/20
15 Sandbag Situps 40/20
If you are rowing instead of the run: sub 500m row for the sandbag run and elevate the back of the rower on a 45# plate with the damper set at 10.
If you have been crushing WOD's for less than 3 months (or do not run sub 2:00 400's): sub sandbags for a 20/10 Med Ball; if you are rowing just row 500m with Damper set at 10.
