CHILDCARE - Thursday (TODAY) 11/1 - There will be NO supervised childcare available at the 9:30 AM class today.
This Sunday, 11/4, 8:30 - 9:30 AM, we will be offering a one hour class that focuses on rowing.This will instruction, warm up and then a 30 minute interval WOD.
The class will stress proper rowing form and technique and how to maximize your ability produce power to get through the toughest rowing workouts without crushing your soul. The WOD will be easily achieved by all, but will challenge even the strongest rower.
