A. Death by Front Squat
@ 75% BW from the rack
Add one front squat EMOM
1st minute – 1 Squat
2nd Minute – 2 Squats
3rd Minute – 3 Squats
and so…on until failure w/ 15 Time Cap.
Use as many sets in the minute as necessary. If you fail before Time Cap, start going backwards (i.e. fail in round 9, next round do 8 reps, then 7, etc.)
B. 1000m Row For Time
3-5 Rounds Not For Time of "Cindy"
15 Air Squats
