The objective of Golf is to complete the WOD in the fewest possible number of sets (strokes).
For example, if the movement is 30 Pull Ups and it takes you 3 sets of 10 reps to complete the 30. Your score would be 3. This WOD is not for time so you may rest in between sets.
Perform the following 9 movements in the fewest possible number of sets.
Par for the course = 9.
30 Deads (185/105)
30 Bench-press (50% Bodyweight)
30 Pull Ups
50 Push Ups
25 Overhead Squats (95/55)
30 Knees to Elbows
30 Wall Balls (20/14#)
30 KBS 1.5/1
300 Rope Jumps
