Class: Pre-Teen/Teen Fitness Class - October Session
Age: Minimum 11 Years Old
Where: Upper Cape CrossFit
When: Tuesdays, 5:00 - 6:00 PM, October 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd
Cost: $40 (paid in full, includes all 4 classes) or $15 per Class
Coaches: Ken Crane and Amy Kestenbaum
The teen fitness class is a core-strength and conditioning program designed for the younger teenage athlete; combining gymnastics, body weight movements, rowing/running/bike and weightlifting. The workouts are more performance based with light loads introduced, in a age-appropriate setting.
We are extending the Tuesday/Thursday Noon Class through Thursday, October 25th. Based on attendance during the month of October, we will make a decision to whether to continue it through the Winter.
One and Done
Every 1 min for 20 mins, alternating between:
10/7 Assault Bike (Calories)s
100 m Run
30 Double Unders
10 Wall Balls (20/14)
