The objective of Golf is to complete the WOD in the fewest possible number of sets (strokes). For example, if the movement is 30 Pull Ups and it takes you 3 sets of 10 reps to complete the 30 your score would be 3. This WOD is not for time so you may rest in between sets.
Perform the following 9 movements in the fewest possible number of sets. Par for the course = 9.
30 Deads (185/105)
30 Bench-press (50% Bodyweight)
30 Pull Ups
50 Push Ups
25 Overhead Squats (95/55)
30 Knees to Elbows
30 Wall Balls (20/14 to 10 ft)
30 KBS (1.5/1)
300 Rope Jumps - Singles Only
Feel free to grab a partner and challenge another two-some to a round of Golf at UCCF! Wod is not for time, but you can play speed golf...for time and "strokes"
* Complete three movements in a row unbroken = Birdie
