If you are with a partner split it up in 500 m increments.
Kurt was has been with us since our very first WOD. Since that day at 5 AM the class has continued to grow and at the very heart of the class is Kurt. He is one of the first to arrive every morning usually around 4:35 AM. And he is ready to get after it! It is not getting their first that makes Kurt special it is that he is there to Crush the Day!
During our May Nutrition Journey Kurt was dialed in and in the running to win it all...

Kurt always is always supportive of other athletes...and many of you have had Kurt (after he finishes his own WOD) run by your side for your "last lap". Kurt is always working on improving himself and expects nothing short of his 100% each and every day!
