2 Minutes of Deadlifts at 275/195.
2 Minutes of Back Squats at 225/145.
2 Minutes of Shoulder to Overhead at 185/105.
Level II (2)
2 Minutes of Deadlifts at 185/125
2 Minutes of Back Squats at 135/85
2 Minutes of Shoulder to Overhead at 95/55
Level I (1)
2 Minutes of Deadlifts at 95/65
2 Minutes of Air Squats
2 Minutes of Shoulder to Overhead at 45/35 lbs.
The workout is an 8-minute AMRAP. Athletes will perform 2 minutes of Deadlifts, followed by a 1-minute rest. Then 2 minutes of Back Squats before another 1-minute rest period. The athlete ends the workout with 2 minutes of Shoulder to Overhead. The athlete’s score is the total number of REPs completed during the 6 minutes of work time. Athletes may only use one bar and must change their own weights during the rest times.

Wednesday, June 1st marks the 1 Year Anniversary of my Co-Ownership of Upper Cape CrossFit. I would like extend a big THANK YOU to each and every member of the UCCF family for making this year so great. It means so much to me to be a part of this amazing community and to witness your personal accomplishments. I am so lucky to be able to wake up each morning excited about going to work, doing a job that I truly love. The biggest part of this love is the people at UCCF. Thank you so much for letting me be a part of your lives. I look forward to this next year with you and all that it has to offer....there are big things coming our way!
