Partner 1 completes 1 round, then Partner 2 completes 1 round, alternating until both have done 3 rounds of first couplet of movements. Both partners complete 3 rounds before moving on to the next set of 3 rounds. One person works at a time.

May 1st - Tara Regan will be teaching a "Yoga for Athletic Performance" class from 8:00 to 9:00 AM here at Upper Cape CrossFit!
