(inspired by a post in a CF masters post from somewhere)
Set up 2 cones 10m apart
Grab 3 45/25# plates and place them next to one of the cones.
Start at the opposite cone (from where you stacked your three plates)


Perform
30 Double unders
Bear Crawl to your plates
10 Burpees To the top of the plates
OH Walking lunge with one of your plates back to the cone you started from and place on the ground
10 Burpees to the top of the plate(s)
Repeat until all 3 plates have been moved from one cone to the other!
