If you cannot bench press your body weight, scale the weight down to something you can manage 3-5 reps of in the first round

The Monday evening Olympic Lifting class will now be offered at 5:15 to 6:45 PM starting Monday, February 1st.
The Wednesday evening class will still be 6:00 to 7:30 PM.
Beginning this week through the month of February, we will be programming in an Open Wod from previous years. This will be an awesome opportunity for you see what the Open offers prior to the 2016 start on February 25th.
