How was I introduced to CrossFit: I was introduced to CrossFit through a friend who now lives in New Jersey. He was telling me about this great new gym he belonged to and I realized it sounded like that crazy looking gym up on Millennium Drive that I had seen.
My Favorite WOD/exercise is: My favorite exercise is ground to overhead lifting.
My 3 favorite movements are: So my favorite three movements would be clean and jerk, snatches, and probably rowing.
If I never had to do this exercise again I would be psyched: If I never had to do Turkish get-ups I'd be happy.
My favorite cheat food/meal is: My favorite cheat food is a large greasy burger possibly on a brioche roll.
My proudest CrossFit accomplishment is: When I started I saw people doing handstand push-ups and thought I will get stronger but I will never do that. The day I did my first was the best.
My six month goal is: To get my first ring muscle up
If I created a WOD and named it after myself, the workout would be: If I designed a WOD it would be a clean and jerk bar complex with some 500 meter rowing sprinkled throughout.
