How was I introduced to Crossfit: I was always striving to be athletic as possible since I started exercising in high school. One day searching workout videos on YouTube I came across the “fittest man on earth” who at the time was Rich Froning. I was curious what made him the fittest, that is when I first heard of CrossFit. It was then I knew that’s exactly what I wanted to do.
My Favorite WOD/exercise is: Any hero WOD because the exercise is bigger than the individual it’s more meaningful which creates that extra push making you dig deeper.
My 3 favorite movements are: Snatch, Clean, Jerk
If I never had to do this exercise again I would be psyched: There is not an exercise I don’t enjoy. Seriously.
My favorite cheat food/meal is: Pizza
My proudest CrossFit accomplishment is: Becoming athlete of the month!
My six month goal is: 1000 pound CrossFit total
