How was I introduced to CrossFit?
At a time when I was struggling to find motivation to go to the gym and work out alone, a few friends told me CrossFit is a better way to work out. They were right.
My favorite WOD/exercise is?
Saturday morning partner WOD. I think breakfast afterward together should be a prescribed part of those workouts because that’s my favorite part.
My 3 favorite movements are?
Rowing, Bench Press, and taking off my glasses to dry the sweat from my face (that’s important rest time)
If I never had to do this exercise again I would be psyched:
Kettlebell Farmer’s Carry
My favorite cheat meal is:
A 1 lb Steak & Cheese from D’Angelos. I justify this meal by telling myself that it contains a lot of protein.
My proudest CrossFit accomplishment is?
Successfully switching from being a night owl to being more of a morning person so I can regularly attend the 6:00 AM class during the week. I’m much more productive.
My six month goal is?
Double-Unders and improving form with the barbell movements
