How was I introduced to CrossFit: I learned about Crossfit from my Wife while we were living in St. Thomas. I saw the results with her and knew I had to try it! 6+ years later, I am still at it.
My Favorite WOD/exercise is: I am not sure if I have a favorite WOD, but I enjoy a chipper workout where I just lower my shoulders and keep moving. As for exercises, I have come to enjoy some movements that I was terrible at for a long time like cleans, all squats, and deadlifts.
My 3 favorite movements are: I would say push press, overhead squats, and cleans.
If I never had to do this exercise again I would be psyched: Has to be squat cleans or burpees.
My favorite cheat food/meal is: Cheese is definitely it. I would be 30 pounds lighter if I did not eat cheese. LOL
My proudest CrossFit accomplishment is: My single proudest accomplishment was getting through the Filthy Fifty workout. Collectively, it would be some of the things I have been able to do in the 4 Opens I have been in.
My six month goal is: Keep working hard, having fun and enjoying our amazing Upper Cape CrossFit community - and maybe doing a rope climb or getting double unders down.
If I created a WOD and named it after myself, the workout would be: Long - 20 plus minutes with a combo of 5 exercises and rowing. It would be for rounds not time
