How did you first get started at Upper Cape CrossFit?
JenBen. She was very persistent since she started crossfitting, when she became a coach I came to her free trial class. It kicked my ass, I remember her holding my feet down for sit-ups and letting me know that no one would do that for me in the real classes!
What is your favorite WOD or movement?
Deck of cards, rope climbs, snatches, dubs, clean and jerks!
I could keep going, it's to hard to pick a favorite.
Least favorite move?
I would have to say that I dislike rowing! (:
Cheat Meal / Food?
Number one out of a million, hands down would be artisanal cheese with all the bells and whistles.
(Trevi has amazing cheese platters! I'm drooling right now thinking about it.)
What is your proudest moment?
It really made me feel like I had actually started to progress, and to try things I didn't think I could do.
IE- Pull-ups, heavier weight, and unbroken dubs.
What is your 6 month Goal?
This may be ambitious, but I am looking forward to being able to do butterfly pull-ups!! (:
If you could create a WOD and name it for yourself, what would it be?
1 rope climb,

What do you enjoy the most about UCCF?
Where do I start? I love the community, and friendships that I have made and continue to make. I love the feeling of excitement every night to see what the wod is in the am, esp when it's a weakness knowing that I'm getting stronger, faster and more fit.
I love the coaches and athletes enthusiasm to each other that just keeps us going when we want to stop! Thanks for making me smile everyday!
...and maybe swear a little sometimes too.
