How I was introduced to CrossFit?
My sister turned me on to it when she joined Crossfit back home in Miami. I looked online and found UCCF was nearby. I came over for the trial class and signed up the same day. One of the best decisions I've ever made.
My favorite WOD/ exercise is:
Any partner WOD. I love tackling a monster WOD as a team.

Sticking with Crossfit since I started in April and quitting smoking because of it.

All the coaches and members. Your welcomed here from day one, and everyone pushes you to improve and succeed. No matter how hard my day is, I always look forward to completing a WOD with my fellow crossfitters.
