How I was introduced to CrossFit: I first heard about CrossFit through Manny Gonzales.
My favorite WOD/ exercise is: "Murph"
If I never had to do this exercise again I would be psyched: Wall Balls and I don't get along....just means I need to do more!
My favorite cheat food/meal is: I crave Buffalo Wings & Spare Ribs.
My proudest accomplishment is: Simply trying CrossFit and staying with it!
My six month goal is: Double Unders - still!
If I created a WOD and named it after myself, the workout would be: "Buy In" 2 Legless Rope Climbs, 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Handstand Push-ups and Toes to Bar.
What I love most about UCCF: I am very grateful for finding the CrossFit community! I was certain that I would never go to a gym to work out. So glad I found the UCCF box and that you proved me wrong!
