How I was introduced to CrossFit: I was looking for something different to help me get in better shape and came across Crossfit. Started looking around at the local Crossfit gyms to give it a try and I was very lucky to find UCCF.
My favorite WOD/ exercise is: Snatches, Bench Press and all Shoulder press movements.
If I never had to do this exercise again I would be psyched: Burpees!!
My favorite cheat food/meal is: Pizza
My proudest accomplishment is: Being able to do some handstand pushups and rope climbs.
My six month goal is: Keep working on my form for the snatch and clean movements and finally get those double unders.
If I created a WOD and named it after myself, the workout would be: I would have to go with a variation of my favorite wod from last week, 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 progression of Back Squat, Handstand Pushup, Strict Pullups and Situps.
What I love most about UCCF: There are quite a few things I love about UCCF, but the number one thing is the people that go there. The support and motivation from the coaches and members make it so much easier to keep improving.
