How I was introduced to CrossFit: Soraya and Matt Shenker
My favorite WOD/ exercise is: I don't think I have a favorite WOD. I never look before I come (too scared I won't get out the door).
My favorite type of WOD (AMRAP, RFT, Chipper, Etc.): RFT...not sure why, just like them.
If I never had to do this exercise again I would be psyched: Squat Clean Thrusters! Argh!
My favorite cheat food/meal is: Cheese Curls
My proudest accomplishment is: Getting my 1st kipping pull-up that Coach Amy kept never seeing.
My six month goal is: Stringing together kipping pull-ups and unassisted ring dips.
My three favorite movements are: Sled Drags, Sit-ups, Squats
What I love most about UCCF: How positive, kind and encouraging the Coaches and People are...it makes a difference!
