Cheryl has gone from standing pull ups on the hanging rings, to hanging from the bar with bands. She has gone from only doing singles to getting her first double under recently. She has gone from out of breath and unable to run a 100 meters, to running multiple 400's without stopping! She even started to clip her nails short so she can grab onto that barbell better. She has increased her kettle bell weight and has DOUBLED her 1 rep max on her dead-lift.
She even flipped the big a$$ tire last week all by herself! The list goes on and on. What we all love the most about Cheryl is that she brings a fun and positive energy to the gym every time she's there. She's always encouraging others before during and after workouts. She fights through every WOD until the very end and always looks like a diva while doing it! (Coach Kristin's words). It is truly remarkable the strides she has made in such a short time. The best thing about this is... we know this is just the beginning for Cheryl!
