How was I introduced to CrossFit: When we used to live in Monterrey I used to drive/run by a box everyday and I was so intimidated by the rig in the window! But Alberto decided to go and after a few months knew I would love it and convinced me to give it a shot.
My favorite Wod/exercise is: I actualy like burpees. Probably because I can totally RX them.
My 3 favorite movements are: Burpees, Box Jumps and Overhead Squats.
If I never had to do this exercise again I would be psyched: Push-ups
My favorite cheat food/meal is: The base of my diet is bread and salt so this is a tough one.....pizza?
My proudest CrossFit accomplishment is: Overhead squatting 75 lbs. I will never forget the first time I tried an overhead squat. Just my luck Tony was coaching and I was attempting 35lbs. He walked by and was like, um, let's try that with just the bar. I'm also pretty psyched I can do a few double unders.
My 6 month goal is: Stringing together 20 DUs and back squatting 100 lbs with good form.
