I was introduced to Upper Cape Crossfit from a friend and also a member Brendan Geggatt.
My favorite WOD so far is The Bear Complex
Least favorite move is handstand walks just because I'm almost there but yet so far away.
My favorite cheat food is and always will be chocolate chip cookies can't turn them down
My proudest moment so far is being able to do strict hand stand pull-ups. I remember the first couple times I tried them I couldn't get me head off the floor. Never thought I would be able to do them.
My six month goal is to be able to string butterfly pull-ups together and work on getting muscle ups.
If I created a WOD I would name it Baby Hands. It would consist of rowing followed by from the ground with a barbell multiple movements similar to a bear complex. No pull-ups what so ever so for once I won't rip.
What I love most about Upper Cape Crossfit is knowing that no matter how my day has been or what's going on in my life. That I have UCCF at the end of the day. Where I can shut off my brain for those couple hours I'm there and just train. It has truly helped me get through a lot.
