How was I Introduced to Upper Cape CrossFit?

My favorite WODs
My favorite WODs have to be the Filthy 50s & "The Murph"
Least Favorite Move:
My Least Favorite move has to be the Turkish Get Up , I avoid that WOD , I'm good at it , I just don't get it.
My favorite cheat food:
It's Hands down Ice Cream , I don`t shy away from it when I can have it.
My proudest moment so far:
Has to be on PR on Back Squats and almost keeping up with Shane on the weight.
My six month goal:
Is to be able to do Kipping Pull ups without a band and rope climb , I would love to totally dominate those.
If I created a WOD and named it after me it would be?
"The Junior " obviously, and would consist of the 1st part being 3 sets of 5 thruster , 2nd part would be 4 rounds for time 4 tire flips , 15 toes to Bar , 10 kettlebell swings , and a 100m sprint
What I love most about UCCF:
6am classmates , need I say more , I come to UCCF to get fit , feel healthy , and accomplish a goal , and without the usual crew I work out with, it just wouldn't be the same , so Thank you for honoring me for the athlete of the month of July but Thank you to everyone that has helped me to get here.
