How did you hear about UCCF?
I have a friend who is a level 1 coach and he always tried to get me to do it. To be honest I just googled crossfit and you guys came up. Then for Christmas asked for a month at UCCF as my present and I have been hooked ever since!
What is your favorite WOD?
My favorite WOD is Filthy Fifty only because it was my very first Rx. And my favorite movement backsquats. Q3: wall balls.. I always hit myself in the face.
What is your favorite meal / "Cheat" food?
That's easy ice cream.. Having Somerset right next to the box hasn't been easy Q5:
Rope climbs, although they scare me. Knowing I'm strong enough to do them now is exciting.
Six month Goal?
I would like to be able to do handstand push ups and squat snatches.
If you could make up a WOD and name it, what would it be?
I've always wanted to do a beach WOD. So things we could do at the beach. Sprints, push ups burpees med ball throws etc.
What keeps you coming back to UCCF?
What I love most is you guys! I love the community and that if I need help I can just turn to anyone and they are more than happy to help and give advice.
