How was I Introduced to Upper Cape CrossFit?
Robby Rebello told me about Upper Cape CrossFit a while ago he urged me to try it, shortly after Jon Carafoli was relentless in getting me aboard! I can't thank them enough for the push!
My favorite WODs
Are the chippers, I like the mix of movements, but my favorite exercise would have to be cleans.
Least Favorite Move:
If I never had to do thrusters again I would not be sad.
My favorite cheat food:
Tip of the iceberg ice cream abomination at the Polar Cave!
My proudest moment so far:
Was during the last challenge when I really saw on paper progress, it really solidified CrossFit for me.
My six month goal is:
double unders, and kipping pull-ups.
If I created a WOD and named it after me it would be?
Something like 5 rounds for time
20 double unders
6 dead lifts
What I love most about UCCF: The community is so positive, everyone's willingness to offer advice or help is amazing. I love that when you finish the WOD you can look up and see that everyone has the same game face on, nothing needs to be said you know we are all in it together! It's a great feeling to be at UCCF, thank you Mike, Greg, and all the coaches for all your help and constant support! Best thing I did was walk in that door!
