When I joined last summer there were two main objectives; to get in shape and lose weight. I am in much better shape and have lost over 25 pounds.
My six month goal is:
To become efficient in Double Unders and Pull-ups.
If I created a WOD and named it after myself, the workout would be:
A kind of modified Tabata.
Work 40 seconds rest 20 seconds:
5 rounds of Box Jumps
5 round of Push Ups
5 rounds of Back Squats
5 rounds of Sit-ups
Something like that......
What I love most about UCCF:
The positive attitude from EVERYONE!!
Starting with all the coaches as well as everyone working out.
This helps provide the motivation to work harder and keep coming back!!
