How I was introduced to CrossFit: A mutual friend that attends UCCF, Ruth McGlaughlin. I was fat and feeling old.
My favorite WOD/Exercise is: Linda, I actually missed it Saturday and came in Sunday to get it done.
My three favorite movements are: Rope climbs,air squats, and back squats.
My favorite type of wod is: Both AMRAP and RFT
If I never had to do this exercise again I would be psyched: 16.5
My favorite cheat food/meal is: Pizza
My proudest accomplishment is: Completing all of the wods for the Open even though I scaled.
My six month goal is: To see the six pack screaming to come out.
What I love most about UCCF: The community I have been welcomed into. It is second to none ! Uccf is the greatest community of people I have ever been associated with. So much diversity.
