UCCF before we first opened. He is quick with a joke and has been working on improving as a CrossFitter on a daily basis! He and his wife Paula have been staples at the 5 AM class since we started. He even took the CrossFit Judges course just to help out the this year's OPEN!
Additionally, he has been jumping into Coach Tony's Oly class and he has been learning to master the Olympic lifts
...not to mention he organizes a heck of a white water rafting trip!

How did you first get introduced to CrossFit?
I joined Crossfit after signing up for my first Tough Mudder. I initially thought I would only do Crossfit until the Mudder, but by then I was hooked.
My favorite exercise/WOD:
Are all of the Saturday morning team WODs, but I must admit that 5:00 a.m. circle time is right up there!
Least Favorite Movement/WOD:
If I never have to do jump tucks again, I would be psyched!
My favorite cheat food/meal is:
Captain Crunch hands down!
My proudest accomplishment was
Walking through the door 3 years ago, the rest is icing on the cake.
My six month goal is:
