Beth shares her passion for CrossFit with everyone, bringing in new members and occasionally getting her son Alex to join her for a WOD. She also encourages Alex's son Odin to participate in some of the fun. She is very involved in the UCCF community, showing support for her peers during workouts, spending time before and after classes with them, and attends many of the functions put on for or by the members.

How was I introduced to CrossFit? My first CrossFit experience was at a box in Plymouth. It was the only one nearby at the time. I think I went 4 times.
My favorite WOD/exercise is? I weirdly like single arm dumbbell snatches/ground to overhead. Battle ropes and sledge hammer/tire are always fun!
My 3 favorite movements are? Three favorite movements would be pistols, hand stand work, and snatch. Note: This fav list is subject to change at a moment's notice. And often does!
If I never had to do this exercise again I would be psyched: I would be just fine without another wall ball in my life. Or assault bike.
My favorite cheat meal is: Espresso Martini or Lobster Trap onion rings. But never together.
My proudest CrossFit accomplishment is: My proudest achievement is walking through the door each and every time I do. And to be a part of the positive, supportive UCCF community.
My six month goal is: Six month goal? To be better than today and stronger than I thought I could be. Oh and to walk in on my hands at the next family gathering - it will so embarrass my kids!!
