How was I introduced to CrossFit: I was introduced to CrossFit by my lovely wife. She told me it was unlike anything that I had tried, so I gave it a shot. I have been in love ever since.
My favorite WOD/exercise is: My favorite WOD is Linda.
If I never had to do this exercise again I would be psyched: If I never had to do double unders again I would be a happier person.
My favorite cheat food/meal is: My favorite cheat food is everything....I don't watch what I eat. If I had to choose one, maybe tamales (the candy).
My proudest accomplishment is: My proudest accomplishment is being a great father of two beautiful boys.
My six month goal is: My six month goal is to hit whole numbers...400 lb back squat, 300 lb clean and jerk, and 500 lb deadlift.
If I created a WOD and named it after myself, the workout would be: A smash up of Linda and the Bear Complex with 100 Kettlebell swings.
What I love most about UCCF: It is the one place place where everyone is celebrated and not just tolerated. So short answer is family/community/people. Each person plays a vital role in each other person's journey and that is more than I can say in a few sentences.
