WOW. Let me first say I am honored and second I don't think I deserve it there are other athletes that put in more time ,effort, and dedication than I do. But if you still feel this way who am I to say no.
How did you come to find out about Upper Cape CrossFit?
I was introduced into CrossFit by Jonathan Carafoli. I saw his body, mind, and spirit going through changes and I kept asking him what are you doing? He said "Crossfit." So one Monday I came and joined my first elements class. I remember it was on a night when the WOD was FGB and I said what am I doing here?
What is your favorite WOD: FGB.
Least favorite Move:
The exercise I hate is jump rope. I just can't get it. Over a year and just finally grouping singles.
Favorite food / cheat meal
Hands down pizza.
Biggest accomplishment so far:
Proudest accomplishment is that I still come to CrossFit. Honestly I used to go work out for a month then take 5 off where here at UCCF if I don't come I feel like I haven't seen my family .
What is your six month Goal:
My six month goal is being able to do Double Unders.
If you could create and name a WOD what would it be:
It's name would be Cassie and be 3 RFT , 20 sit-ups ,15 push-ups, 10 pull-ups run 400.
What do you enjoy most about Upper Cape CrossFit:
The thing I love most about UCCF is its like family . That's all thank you.
