How was I introduced to CrossFit: My manager. She always talks about how much she enjoys it, so I decided to try it out.
My Favorite WOD/exercise is: AMRAP
My 3 favorite movements are: Bench Press, Rowing and Deadlift
If I never had to do this exercise again I would be psyched: BURPEES
My favorite cheat food/meal is: Movie theater popcorn - EXTRA Butter!
My proudest CrossFit accomplishment is:
Running a mile in under 10 minutes and climbing the rope!
My six month goal is:
Improve my squats and maybe actually do an overhead squat.
